ABOUT THE PHOTO SESSIONS

I’m Fábio Ribeiro, a Brazilian photographer and filmmaker based in Valencia (@fabioras). I studied audiovisual creation at TAI School of Arts in Madrid, and my work has always moved between places, people and the way memory is shaped by images.

Long before Valencia, this way of photographing travellers was already part of my path. I started creating photo sessions around the city while living in Budapest, where the experience received five-star reviews. Later, in Madrid, I continued photographing people passing through the city: solo travellers, couples, families and visitors who wanted more than a simple record of their trip.

Today, in Valencia, these sessions continue with the same intention: to create photographs that feel personal, considered and connected to the place. Not staged memories, not generic tourist images, but a visual story of someone’s time in the city.

Alongside this work, I run a creative studio focused on hospitality, lifestyle and corporate storytelling (@foreignerstudio), and I also create audiovisual work for weddings and destination weddings. Across all these worlds, the thread is the same: observing people, places and atmosphere with attention.

Valencia Photo Sessions are made for people who want more than a beautiful set of images. They are for those moments in life that deserve to be remembered with care: a trip, a birthday, a proposal, a family chapter, a love story, or simply the desire to see yourself differently for a while.

The session can happen in the city, by the sea, through a familiar place or somewhere completely new. The location matters, but it is not the whole story. What matters most is the feeling of the moment, the way you move, the light of the day and the small gestures that make the photographs belong to you.

My direction is documentary and spontaneous. I guide just enough for you to feel comfortable, while leaving space for life to enter the frame. No forced poses, no rehearsed gestures, no need to perform. Just a quiet way of keeping something real.

The result is a collection of photographs that feel less like a session and more like a memory you can return to.

You can choose one of the available sessions on the Book page: Solo Session, Couple Session or Family Session. Each package includes a defined duration, one selected route or location, a curated number of edited photographs and delivery through a private online gallery.

After booking, you will fill out a short form with your preferred language, route choice and any detail that can help me prepare the experience with care. Once your booking is confirmed, I will send the next steps, including the meeting point.

The session itself is guided with ease. We walk, pause, follow the light and let the photographs happen with intention. You do not need to know how to pose. I will guide you through movement, presence and small in-between moments.

Custom locations, larger groups, special moments or ideas outside the standard packages are welcome, but may require an adjusted quote if they involve extra travel time, permits or additional planning. For any question before booking, you can contact me by email or WhatsApp.

If weather conditions make the session impossible, we will first try to reschedule during your stay in Valencia. If rescheduling is not possible, the amount paid for your booking will be refunded.

The photos will be sent to you via online gallery link, within 48 - 72 hours, so you can easily see them and download them as you wish.
